Any product purchased from PLC World Automation is covered by our 30 day worry-free return of the delivery date. Please contact us at sales@plc-world.com if you need one return claim.
All products must be returned in purchased condition - unused and unopened. Shipping charges are final and non refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product back to PLC World Automation. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns due to customer error, such as ordering the incorrect model.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving any reason.

We will reimburse your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method. You must return the goods within 14 days at your own cost.
Exemptions: Personalized goods, perishable items, and unsealed hygiene products are not eligible for withdrawal.
