New and refurbished products are covered by a PLC World Automation  warranty of 12 months from the delivery date . All warranties are provided  by HY Industry Supply and not through any brand manufacturer . Customers can email us sales@plc-world.com for warranty process .

Return :
Any product purchased from PLC World Automation is covered by our 30 day worry-free return of the delivery date . Please contact us at sales@plc-world.com if you need one return claim .
All products must be returned in purchased condition -unused and unpened .  Shipping charges are final and non refundable .  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product back to PLC World Automation. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number

In-Stock    The delivery time for goods in "In Stock" status is usually 2 to 7 business days.
Backorder  we also accept backorder for unconventional parts , one quotation will be necessary to lead time and price
